  MARTINELLI BUILDING

At the beginning of the last century an Italian immigrant landed in the Port of Rio de Janeiro, their objective was the same as many others who came to America.

This immigrant named Giuseppe Martinelli, was exceptionally successful and in just over two decades had built a respectable heritage.

Eager to leave a more permanent legacy of his work, as well as its important shipping company in Santos, Martinelli decides to lift the city São Paulo the highest building in South America, the Martinelli Building.

SE CATHEDRAL

The Sé Cathedral was one of the first churches built in São Paulo. The columns of the church have drawings representing the flora and fauna of Brazil. Inside it has a crypt, which has buried several very important figures for the formation of the city.
